

You are ready to use Microsoft Silverlight

When I go to the Microsoft Silverlight Compatible Operating Systems and Browsers table page I get a message that says:

Of course the system is compatible and worked just fine moments earlier. Microsoft® Silverlight™ Compatible Operating Systems and Browsers table. Make sure you are running a Silverlight-compatible operating system and browser. There is nothing wrong with my installation, I just have to use Internet Explorer for Silverlight-based viewing. I also cannot get Silverlight tests to run. When I try to watch Amazon Instant Video, I get a prompt telling me to install Silverlight for better quality. I have Silverlight 5 installed on my Windows 8.1 64-bit computer.
